Matthew Belopavlovich (Host for Saturday) holds a BFA in Acting from UW-Milwaukee and Graduate Certificate in ASD Advocacy from Lesley University. Performance highlights include work with Orlando Rep, Disney World, Broadway Dinner Theatre, Skylight Music Theatre, and Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre. Belopavlovich has worked as a theatre educator at Florida Studio Theatre, French Woods Festival of the Arts, and Milwaukee Public Theatre. He toured for two years as a clown with Ringling Bros. His original work was featured at the NY Clown Theatre Festival and has received the Jeff Norton Dream Grant. He currently serves as the Lead Theatre Teacher for the Patel Conservatory.
Kristin Carbone - In over 20 years as a New York and Broadway actor, Kristin has been seen in starring roles in the recent Broadway productions of Roger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Mary Poppins, Fiddler on the Roof, and Into The Woods. On tour, Kristin played Magnolia in Show Boat, and she was type-cast as the Sugar Bowl in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast! Most recently, Kristin starred as Daisy Gamble in On A Clear Day You Can See Forever at TheatreZone in Naples, FL, and in My Romance (the music of Richard Rodgers) at the Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach. Other favorite roles in numerous regional productions include Christine in Phantom at the Walnut Street Theatre, Marian in The Music Man at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, Luisa in The Fantasticks at Utah Shakes, Amalia in She Loves Me and Julie in Carousel at West Virginia Public, Nina in Dear World at Goodspeed, and Lilli/Kate in Kiss Me, Kate at the Lyceum Theatre. UPCOMING, Kristin is scheduled to play Helen in Fun Home at American Stage in St. Petersburg, FL. Dan Franke is so excited to be working on stage with ThinkTank Theatre for the first time. A native of Joliet, Illinois (just south of Chicago), Dan has lived in Tampa for the last five years, where he has been teaching, directing, designing, and building the theatre program at Plant High School. Dan has a Masters in Directing from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and has directed or performed in more than 50 productions. He was most recently seen in Man of La Mancha with the Spanish Lyric Theater, and can be seen in the play Next Fall, with the Gulfport Players, in June. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this wonderful group of professionals and students, and Dan would like to thank his amazing wife and daughters - Diane, Delaney and Logan - and his incredible students and their families, for their relentless support and encouragement.
Logan Franke is a graduating senior from HB Plant High School. She was a member of the inaugural production of ThinkTank and an inaugural YAE member as well. She is planning to attend the University of Alabama Birmingham to continue her studies in Musical Theatre through the BFA program. Much love to her parents and Timothy for their continued support through every ordeal and the insane plane cancellations in February. I love you all. This performance is dedicated to her Bapa and Gramps. Love you both immensely.
Xander Garabo (YAE Company Member) is a sophomore at Sickles high school in which he just performed as Eugene in our production of Grease. He's taken an acting workshop and performed in a summer play for Berkeley Prep. Acting has always been something I’ve wanted to do ever since he was 3 years old and being a part of this group allows him to pursue that long time dream, something he will be eternally grateful for. He loves drawing and loves working towards being as healthy as possible, emotionally and physically.
Nikala (Niki) Annalee Hale (YAE Company Member) is 15 years old, and in the 10th grade at Riverview High School. She performs in two school show choirs, Harmonix and Vision Show Choir, sings in her church choir, and is in Stele with Lumina Youth Choirs. She plays the piano and has composed her own music. She has been in several theater productions at Music Showcase. She recently played the role of a towns person in Cinderella and Kathy in 9 to 5 at RVHS. Singing is her passion!
Chelsea Hooker is a Florida based actress and singer who received her (AA) Degree in Theater Performance from St. Petersburg College. Chelsea most recently appeared on stage in Jobsite’s Othello (Bianca). Other credits include: James and The Giant Peach (Ladybug) with Think Tank Theatre TYA, A Piece of My Heart (Steele) with Powerstories - in which she received a nomination for a Theater Tampa Bay Award in the Best Lead actress in a play category - Avenue Q (Gary Coleman) with Stageworks, The Threepenny Opera (Coaxer, Rev. Samantha Kaufman (YAE Company Member) is a Sophomore at Alonso High School and is a member of their theatre troupe 6299! This is her first year in the YAE and couldn’t be more excited to be given this opportunity! She would like to thank her theatre teacher at Alonso Mrs. Vorreiter and her little theatre family troupe 6299 for giving her a home to build her passion for theatre. Of course, she would also like to thank her Mom and her friends for always believing in her no matter how crazy the dream might be.
Toni Keene (YAE Company Member) is so excited to be back with Think Tank! Some of her most recent roles have been; The Drowsy Chaperone (The Drowsy Chaperone), Chicago (Mary Sunshine) and The Miraculous Journey Of Edward Tulane (Stage manager and understudy). As a Tampa native, she loves that there are so many awesome opportunities for young people to becreative! Heather has been performing in the Tampa Bay Area for over a decade, and last appeared inWinter Wonderettes here at Stageworks. Other credits include Pippen, Lizzie, Silence The Musical, Marvelous Wonderettes, Broadway Bound, Bright Lights Big City, Listen To My Heart. She also travels the State with her show Jukebox 4, and performs at Busch Gardens. She also wants to thank Georgia Mallory Guy for calling her so we could finally work together
Dioscar Montesino Gonzalez and he is not your average guy. Actor, Dancer, model, and creative director in fashion. His goal is to share his creative mind through art. He wants to give thanks to God and everyone who believed in him. It only takes one person to believe in you.
Jake Perez (YAE Company Member) is a 9th grader at Newsome High School. He is very excited to be performing in this Cabaret. He previously portrayed Pugsley in the Addams family, Dan dad in the 25th annual Putnam county spelling bee, and Evan in 13 the musical. When not on stage he enjoys being a nerd by watching Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Marvel movies. He would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him through all his craziness.
Blase Roque (YAE Company Member) is excited to be a part of ThinkTank for his 2nd year! He goes to Plant High School where you may have seen him most recently in their production for The Drowsy Chaperone as a Gangster. He is also apart of ThinkTank's Fringe Show "NY Sewer Gator". He would like to thank his parents for supporting him his entire life, and his ThinkTank family.
Lauren Sargent (YAE Company Member - ASM) is a junior at King High School. She fell in love with performance since she got her start at age four. She has previously been seen in Little Shop of Horrors as Audrey and The Addams Family as Grandma. Caswell Kate Shamblin (YAE Company Member) is a freshman in the theatre program at Blake High School. Some of her most recent shows have included Raising 12 on a Nickel and a Prayer, Anna and August, Big River, Peter Pan jr., A Christmas Carol, and Godspell. She is also an active choir student at Patel Conservatory. Kate is thrilled to be making her Think Tank debut and has loved working with the entire cast and crew.
Emily Stephens (YAE Company Member) is 16 years old and so thrilled to be making her Think Tank Theatre debut! Emily enjoys doing theatre all over the Tampa Bay area, most recently seen in Oxford Exchange’s Shakespeare on the Stairs and Steinbrenner High School’s production of Chicago the Musical. Emily is so thankful for all the opportunities God has given her to do what she loves most, and she is so humbled by her friends and family’s support. 1 John 3:18
Ryan M. Sturm: Boy, it’s good to back! Ryan is mighty pleased to be working with the
wonderful humans at #ThinkTankTYA, again - he was last seen in their inaugural production of James and the Giant Peach - Grasshopper. Favorites include Once More with Feeling (Florida Bjӧrkestra), Avenue Q – Bad Idea Bear (Stageworks), Threepenny Opera – Filch (Jobsite), Silence! The Musical – Chilton (Jobsite), and a multitude of other rad productions. Ryan extends copious amounts of gratitude to this amazing cast and crew – it’s been a privilege to hang out with the cool kids for a minute. And to be reminded that I’ve not managed to escape aging. Georgia Mallory Guy - Director/Artistic Director - is a professional actor/director and the Co-Artistic Director of ThinkTank Theatre TYA in Tampa FL. Regional Credits include: Milwaukee Rep., Orlando Shakes, Pittsburgh Irish and Classical, Palm Beach Dramaworks, Florida Rep., American Stage, freeFall Theatre, Jobsite Theatre, Stageworks Theatre, Tampa Rep., Banyan Theatre, A Simple Theatre, The Show Palace, Monomoy Theatre and Festival 56.
In addition to her professional work, Georgia has a great deal of teaching experience. She is the former Artistic Director for the award-winning children’s theatre company at South Tampa Center for the Arts. Georgia still heads up the private voice studio and continues to direct and consult with the STCFTA program. In to her work with children, Georgia has been an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, Ohio University, a Guest Artist at Troy University’s Summer Spotlight, and has been a clinician around the Southeast at various theatre festivals. She is a proud member of Actors’ Equity.
Georgia is originally from Prattville, AL and attended Troy University, then Troy State University, with scholarships for oboe and musical theatre. Here she earned degrees in Music Education, Communications/Theatre, and a minor in Vocal Performance. In 2007, Georgia entered the Ohio University Professional Actor Training Program. She graduated with her MFA in 2010. Molly Healy - Production Stage Manager - has been a teaching artist for the past seven years working on both sides of the bay. She has been seen onstage with Stageworks, American Stage, American Stage Education, Tampa Bay Fringe, Ghost Light, and many idie shows. Sharing theater with young people is her passion and is so excited to be working with Think Tank on this production.
Sarah Tellier - Music Director/Rehearsal Accompanist - is thrilled to be the rehearsal pianist for ThinkTank’s cabaret! Sarah holds a Master of Arts degree in Collaborative Piano from the University of Central Florida. Since graduating in 2011, she became an avid teacher, accompanist, and vocal coach in the Orlando area, working with students of all ages and levels in various performing arts organizations. In 2014, Sarah began working at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts as a Yamaha piano instructor, accompanist, and musical theater teacher. In addition, she helped music direct the yearly Applause Awards as well as the Take It From The Top! Summer camp taught by Broadway’s Paul Canaan. Sarah moved to Tampa in 2018 to take the role of Collaborative Piano Specialist at the Straz Center for Performing Arts, where she continues to teach, accompany, music direct, and coach students. Her must recent music direction credits include Patel Conservatory’s The Wizard of Oz and Seussical along with MAD Theatre’s Heathers: The Musical.

Mary Anne Furey - originally from Philadelphia Mary Anne holds a theatre degree from DeSales University. She has performed at Regional theatres, several national tours, and of course at ThinkTank! Some of Mary Anne’s favorite credits include Fiddler on the Roof at Virginia Repertory Theatre, A Christmas Carroll at VA Rep on tour, The Polar Express Train Ride in Orlando, Big Nate The Musical at Adventure Theatre on Tour, James and the Giant Peach at ThinkTank, and My Fair Lady at The a Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. Mary Anne has found teaching equally rewarding. She has choreographed for many schools, has had private students, taught musical theatre classes at Adventure theatre as well as Buffa’s Dance studio in The DC area, and now Think Tank!
